Really long time I didn't post anything.
Freeletics workouts kept on since I moved back to France.
I actually found a way to do them during office lunchbreak which is awesome.
So after two months on intensive training, I had to back off for 2 weeks due to pain in the groin and in the shoulder.
Little inflammation.
It has now been 3 months I'm on a fruitarian diet, targeting the 80/10/10 guidelines.
Below are the blood results, and its pretty encouraging as I do not seem to be on the verge of collapsing !
